In the music that is based on Johans accordion licks, he signify that the accordion has unimagined possibilities.
At the age of three Johan started playing the diatonic accordion and has since won a lot of Nordic championship titles.
During his career he has appeared in many tv and radio shows around all Scandinavia and toured countries from the U.S. to Russia, India and Greenland.
Someone once said:
"-He breakes down all the boundaries between folk music and pop to bring you the future in the traditional music!"
Last summer Johan played musical theatre in "Lasse-Majas Gästabud" at Carlsten's fortress at Marstrand island on the west coast.
He also made a performance with Markus Karlsson (gr) on the terrace of
Hesselby castle during the stellar line-up at Stockholm Folk Festival.
In October Johan was playing this well attended series of visual short concerts in Christine church in Alingsås together with five skillful soloists.
